The company needs an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, self-driven, team leader and well-organized **Sales Manager **who has a strong experience for **Sports Flooring, Kids Play Area Floorings, Indoor & Outdoor Floorings** **and Landscaping** to join our team based in Dubai

We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented European Sales Manager whose role includes building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive sales revenue. x
- Sales managers must motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
- Critical thinker and able to make quick decision if needed.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the products and services we sell and master at relationship building, and are able to win clients, customers, and profits.
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Critical thinker and able to make quick decision if needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, or Civil and Architecture related field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Kids and Play Equipment / Recreational Facilities industry.
- Strong knowledge of local operations in the Kids Playground field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent client management skills and experience.
- Preferably with Driving License.
