- To acquire, grow and retain Corporate accounts to maximize the total hotel revenue potential for Rosewood Abu Dhabi. The job involves the qualification and prospecting of new business and the nurturing and growth of existing accounts across defined market segments.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To understand the nature of the competitive market, to research and compile intelligence on selected markets and accounts so us to understand the buying behavior of customers and the criteria for hotel selection.
- To determine the key players in a corporate account and to identify the role that each member plays in the purchasing process and to adopt an account strategy that maximizes the potential revenue conversion for Rosewood Abu Dhabi.
- To be fully conversant with all business units within the hotel, and be comfortable in presenting the core unique selling propositions for each unit.
- To plan sales call activity to optimize revenue conversion based on key selling priorities determined and agreed with the Director of Sales.
- Present individual sales strategy to MD as part of quarterly personal business plan.
- To attend tradeshow, sales roadshows, sales training, and sales events in accordance with Rosewood Abu Dhabi Sales and Marketing plan and based on the Direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- To act as a positive role model and ambassador of Rosewood Abu Dhabi and Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in keeping with company standards and expectations.
- To adhere to grooming standards as determined by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- To capture timely and relevant customer data in appropriate Sales databases (Delphi,) and to ensure data integrity is in accordance with Rosewood Abu Dhabi data capture standards.
- To attend and participate in regular sales meetings to update colleagues and management on the current status of sales account activity.
- To present weekly and monthly sales account reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing that accurately reflects sales account management and the performance of designated accounts.
- To contribute to the Sales and Marketing Plan by supplying relevant data on market conditions, changes in account dynamics, new business development and sales retention.
- To share important account updates with members of the hotel team including other departments so that key personnel have important feedback on the current status of accounts.
- All other duties relevant to the successful management of key accounts.

OSHAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
While at work, (and while on work premises) an associate shall:
- Take reasonable care of their own health and safety.
- Take reasonable care of the health and safety of a person and the workplace, that may be affected by their acts or omission at work;
- Cooperate with full compliance with Hotel’s developed OSHMS policies, OSHMS procedures & operational works instruction in order to protect the health and safety of the people.
- Report to immediate supervisor any situation which they have reason to believe could present a hazards and which they cannot themselves correct;
- Report all OSH incidents and work related injuries; and
- Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided (e.g. Equipment & machineries, PPE, etc.) at the Hotel’s workplace in the interest of health, safety, welfare or protection or management of the workplace.
- Participate in conduct of OSH related planning and implementation in order to achieve the Hotel’s OSH objectives, targets & program.
- Attend all training arranged by Hygiene, Health & Safety Manager such as OSH training, safety Induction, on the job training, tool box talks, etc.

ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Held accountable and committed whatever it takes to comply with the company’s OSHMS Policies, OSHMS Procedure, & Operational Works Instruction and any other relevant legislation applies within the organization.
- Held accountable to take care of his own health and safety, other person in the workplace that may be affected by their acts or omission at work.
- To report to his supervisor or respective Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Preferred to have studied to under graduate level.
- Experience: Solid experience in luxury hotel sector with an understanding of key markets, strong
- network of appropriate social/business connections within the key markets that they will be operating.- General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy;
- prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with mínimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of
