The company is one of the largest technology start-ups in the region and on a journey to becoming a Unicorn. We are aspiring to create a lighthouse technology company which will have a lasting impact in the entire tech ecosystem in our geography.

Property Finder, the leading online real estate marketplace in the Middle East, is looking for a dedicated and collaborative **Head of Consumer Products** to steer our consumer-side product initiatives. This significant role will drive the success of our apps and websites across all the countries in the Middle East where Property Finder operates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of the product roadmap, ensuring synergy with the company's strategic direction and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch high-quality products.
- Collaborate on market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
- Work intimately with stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams, to establish product-market fit and boost product adoption.
- Utilize key performance metrics to guide data-driven decisions.
- Set up A/B testing processes to evaluate new feature performance.
- Oversee and mentor a team of product managers, cultivating a culture of continuous growth and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in the real estate or online marketplace industry.
- Proven experience in guiding a product through its lifecycle, with a strong focus on building and implementing product roadmaps.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of consumer web, iOS and Android platforms.
- Robust analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment.
- Proficiency in English language (Arabic is a plus).
