Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies

Researching prospects and generating leads

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints

Preparing and sending quotes and proposals

Managing the sales process through specific software programs

Building and maintaining a CRM database

Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Participating in sales team meetings

High school diploma/GED.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales related to Hospitality and / or Sports Facilities Environment / or Experience in an integrated Private or Semi-Private Resort and Country Club or Sports Club in UAE

Excellent customer service and sales skills

Strong verbal and written communicator

Excellent phone and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Proficient in English, able to speak Arabic is a plus

Proficient in MS Office

Should have a valid UAE Driving License

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality, Sports Facilities, Country/Sports Club in UAE: 3 years (required)
