1. Provide admin support in showroom operational tasks

2. Prepare internal purchase orders to Warehouse and various showrooms.

3. Send ICPO request through E-mail.

4. Manage office filing system - delivery notes and credit Invoices etc

5. Attend telephone calls and divert/forward it to concerned desk.

6. Prepare petty cash tally / daily cash tally

**Qualification**:
Excellent in communicating English.

Well versed in MS Office Software and computer skill

Graduate with admin job background.

Tagalog speaking preferred.

UAE experience is added advantage.

**Other Details**:
Job location is Sharjah Industrial Area

Split duty

One day week off

**Salary**: Up to AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
