**Job Title**: Odoo Implementer

**Location**: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: AED 4,000/month

**Company Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirement Analysis**: Understanding the business processes and requirements of the organization to configure and customize Odoo accordingly.
- **Odoo ERP Configuration**:Configuring Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Human Resources, etc., to align with the organization's workflow and requirements.
- **Data Migration**:Assisting in the migration of data from legacy systems or spreadsheets into Odoo, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- **Training**:Providing training to end-users on how to use Odoo effectively, including navigating the system, entering data, generating reports, etc.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**:Conducting thorough testing of the implemented Odoo system to identify and fix any issues or bugs before deployment.
- **Documentation**:Documenting the implemented Odoo solution, including configuration settings, customizations, workflows, and any other relevant information for future reference.
- **Project Management**:Managing the implementation project, including planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring that the project is completed within the specified deadline and budget.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Implementer or similar role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Odoo Implementer.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP system and its various modules.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and proficiency in Arabic is a nice-to-have.

**Non-negotiable traits**:

- **Communication and Reporting**: Communication within the team and with our clients is crucial and non-negotiable. Fast response times are a must.
- **Finishing tasks on time**:Adhering to deadlines is a must.
- **Documentation of everything**:Everything from requirement gathering to project handover must be documented and recorded.

**Salary**: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Odoo Implementer: 2 years (required)
