**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Furniture Sales Executive at Kit and Kaboodle located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Furniture Sales Executive, you will be responsible for catering to our customers' needs by providing exceptional sales support. This involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, offering expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Your goal will be to drive sales and build long-term relationships with clients by consistently meeting and exceeding their expectations.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in furniture or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert guidance to customers
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using technology and point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per the store's operational requirements
- Establishing a brand confidence with the clients by creating and maintaining the highest level of professional service.
- A deep understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
- Follow organisational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
