**job description.**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue & sales targets within the Facade market segment.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through generating enquire, submitting the quotation on time, converting the enquiry to job, and lead generation activities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.

4. Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions utilizing our range of Facade products.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.

7. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, including project coordination, technical support, and post-sale services.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

9. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.

10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Engineering/ or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Facade industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

3. In-depth knowledge of architectural facade systems, glazing products, building codes, and construction practices.

4. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyse market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites.

10. Should have his/her own car and a valid KSA Driving License.

11. Fluency in Arabic and English speaking.

**Salary**: From AED8,000.00 per month
