We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and result-driven **Sales Operations Coordinator** to join our operations team based in **Ajman**.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure that administrative tasks for the retail dealers' team are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with Taqeef's technical standards.
- Register independent retailers enquires in Microsoft Dynamic-Navision and extract the necessary information, i.e. invoices, deliveries, etc. upon request.
- Ensure accurate data entry in Microsoft Dynamic - Navision.
- Coordinate with the warehouse timely order delivery to the customer.
- Ensure proper document control of deliveries received from the warehouse.
- Issue warranty, proforma invoices, and power factor letter for Independent Retailers.
- Create a new customer account in the Microsoft Dynamic Navision/CRM and complete forms for a discount, payment, or credit approvals when and as required.
- Handle customer orders and prepare customer receipt vouchers through the Microsoft Dynamic Navision.
- Liaise with multiple functions (Finance, Service Center, Warehouses) to ensure smooth completion of the customer enquiries.
- Prepare RAC quotation (except ducted) for independent retailers on the system when and as required.
- Prepare site inspection forms and installation job requests and follow up with Service Center if needed.

**Required qualifications**:

- BSc degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and administrative support.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems.
- Fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
