This role has the general responsibility to perform administrative duties and provide executive assistance to General Manager (GM) including co-ordinating GM’s agenda & Team through awareness of company policies and procedures

**Responsibilities**:
Receives and screens incoming calls and visitors, determines which are priority matters, and alerts the executive accordingly. Makes referrals to appropriate executive staff or provides requested information

Coordinates and facilitates calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensures efficient link from admin point of view, between GM and other members

Attends meetings and reports on proceedings

Reads and screens incoming correspondence and reports, creating management reports, makes preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organizes documents

Performs a variety of administrative and executive support tasks which may be highly confidential and sensitive

Makes domestic and foreign travel arrangements, prepares and compiles travel vouchers, and maintains all travel records

Planning and coordinating LT level meetings and communication

Translate and coordinate internal communications

Resolving daily issues within an ever-changing environment through immediate actions

Assisting General Manager on private and business related issues

Support the HR Team with administrative tasks on employer branding and engagement related processes

Workplace Solutions / Administration related procurement activities(Proposal, TPRM, Purchase Order, Contracting)

**Requirements**:
Executive assistant experience in multinational companies

Excellent communication skills

Having Can-do attitude

Being confident, proactive, passionate and creative

Trustworthy (keeping confidentiality)

Having ClientID-oriented perspective

Analytical thinking, excellent prioritising & time management skills

Being able to work independently

Advanced level of English (both spoken and written) and PC Skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
