**Responsibilities**:

- You will engage with our customers through various channels to understand their needs and offer them tailored solutions from JM Foods' product range.
- We expect you to maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and special offers, ensuring you can confidently discuss and recommend products to customers.
- You shall foster strong relationships with existing customers, regularly reaching out to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- You will efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing timely resolutions and maintaining a positive company image.
- We expect you to accurately process orders, quotes, and sales-related paperwork, ensuring all transactions are completed smoothly and correctly.
- You shall collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns that drive revenue and customer engagement.
- You will track and report on your sales performance metrics, using insights to optimize your sales techniques and achieve your targets.

**Requirements**:

- You must possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively negotiate with clients and maintain strong relationships.
- You should have a strong ability to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate product solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- We expect you to have proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and analyze customer interactions and data.
- You need to demonstrate a high level of organizational skill to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without compromising on service quality.
- You are required to collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategic plans for account growth.
- You will be responsible for preparing detailed quotes and proposals that meet specific customer requirements.
- We require you to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- You must be able to handle customer objections professionally and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution.
