- Has 2 years’ experience working in restricted zones.
- Compulsory have familiarity with tools and overhead crane.
- In possession of overhead crane certificate.
- Compulsory training courses to be completed such as STCW, Safe lifting and rigging, H2s Opito, chemical handing, crane certificate.
- ADNOC Medical fitness category compliance
- Should proceed with client safety standards and site specific requirements
JOB PURPOSE
Operate the day-to-day activities in the warehouse: receiving, storing recording, retrieving, and dispatching goods, working within established procedures which ensure that an accurate record of the quantities and location of all items is maintained. Carry out general tasks to assist Technicians in the conduct of their various day to day technician activities in a workshop environment and through loading and unloading materials, equipment, or any other items.
1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Load or unload equipment, materials, and any other items in a safe manner to avoid any damage or delay on delivery with the guidelines of store in-charge / technician.
- Receive, inspect, and store goods to ensure they are the correct items as ordered and they are stored in the allocated areas.
- Enter receipts onto the record-keeping system to maintain inventory control and to alert accounts payable that goods have arrived as ordered.
- Assist the warehouse in-charge in labelling and stacking goods especially the items received from regular supplier in the proper location to achieve warehouse plan.
- Retrieve and prepare goods for shipment according to the picking list provided to ensure the correct items are dispatched to customers or issued to in house staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse to provide an efficient service to customers.
- Arrange the space and clean the warehouse in preparation for any new consignment and getting rid of any pests to minimize damage stocks with the guidelines of warehouse in charge.
- Cleaning the tenant premises (where area of work has been performed by technicians) once the task has been completed to ensure a cleanly and hygienic environment has been maintained and customer satisfaction has been achieved.
- Assist Technicians in maintaining stocks in vehicles and help technicians in labor tasks and minor fixing / finishing jobs.
- Follow procedures for entering and deleting goods from the system to maintain accurate inventory control.

- Provide on-the-job Training to meet Competency Based Training programs for UAE Nationalization. Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures and functional processes.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
- Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
- Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
- School certificate (5 years) with basic literacy in English, to be able to read labels on goods and packing lists and be able to make simple data entry into the inventory system.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- Some exposure to warehouse or maintenance operations is preferred but is not essential. Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic literacy and communication skills. Simple computer skills to make data
