We are seeking a highly motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Your role will involve strategic planning, proactive client engagement, and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to securing lucrative deals that align with our business objectives.
- Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas, strategically mapping out the steps required for success.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that precisely meet the unique requirements of clients.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor actions, and industry developments to seize potential business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Track and report on key account metrics, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively discover new sales opportunities through effective networking strategies, converting them into long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

**Key Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Preferably 1-2 years of proven experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is typically preferred.
- **Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients at various levels.
- **Problem-Solving and Adaptability**:Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are needed to identify opportunities and address client needs effectively. Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies as the hospitality sector evolves are necessary.
- **Time Management and Multitasking**:Must be proficient in time management and multitasking to skillfully prioritize and manage various responsibilities and meet deadlines with efficiency.
- **Computer Skills**:Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is needed.
