Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Manage maintenance and repair activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance.
- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, providing direction and support.
- Schedule work shifts, assign tasks, and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
- Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage the facility’s operational budget.
- Monitor and control expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
- Identify areas for facility improvements and upgrades.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Respond to facility-related inquiries and complaints from tenants or employees.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and compliance certifications.
- Prepare and present reports on facility operations and performance.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
