**JOB PURPOSE**

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Quality Lab management for personal care factory
- Management of consumables, instruments, key systems in the laboratory
- Managing a team of 8 analysts, assigning them daily tasks and follow up on their career development
- Working with suppliers to improve quality defect time loss due to raw and packaging materials
- Working with 3rd party suppliers to continue with our current certification of ISO 9001-2015, ISO 22715 (certification & recertification) and Emirates Quality Mark
- Working on key Quality systems for daily production management, leading QMS program
- Leading Quality risk assessments for any new project coming to DPC
- Leading Lab Digital Transformation, leading Quality One Modules for the factory

**Outputs / performance Metrics**
- Quality defect time reduction as per the target
- Cost of Quality reduction (overtime and consumables) as per the aligned target
- Lab Systems improvement as per the target
- Zero incidents related to innovations

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- 2-5 Years experience in FMCG preferably in Laboratory Management
- Experience in managing a team

**Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical/laboratory management or engineering
- SAP QM
- ISO certification
- Laboratory Certification
- Digital Basics
