**Position Overview**:
The SEO analyst is responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and implementing changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This role involves developing strategies to improve organic search rankings, driving traffic locally and in specific countries, and increasing visibility in search engines. The SEO Analyst will also monitor site performance, conduct keyword research, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices for different business verticals under Vivandi Group.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for driving organic traffic.

**On-Page Optimization**:Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.

**Off-Page Optimization**: Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase backlinks from relevant websites.

**Technical SEO**: Perform technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance, such as crawlability, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.

**Content Strategy**: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and audience interests.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor website traffic, rankings, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports on SEO performance.

**Competitor Analysis**: Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in SEO strategy.

**Stay Updated**: Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices in SEO.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**SMART KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)**:
**Organic Traffic Growth**: Increase organic traffic within each calendar month.

**Keyword Ranking Improvement**: Improve rankings for target keywords, with a goal of achieving 50% of keywords in the top 3 positions within each calendar month.

**Backlink Acquisition**: Increase the number of high-quality backlinks within each calendar month.

**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Increase the conversion rate of organic traffic

Content Performance: Increase organic traffic to new content pieces within each calendar month.

Technical SEO Health: Ensure that all technical SEO issues are resolved within each calendar month, achieving a score of 80+ on technical SEO audits.

These KPIs are measurable, achievable, relevant to the role, and time-bound, ensuring that the SEO Analyst's performance can be effectively evaluated and improved over time.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
