Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage all documents for the organization, ensuring they are stored securely and can be easily retrieved.
- Create and maintain an efficient filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of documents.
- Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience as a Document Controller cum Receptionist in an Engineering consultant/contracting/real estate development company.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
