As a Consumer Experience & Performance Experience Manager

Your key focus is to ensure Reckitt wins on First, Second and Ultimate Moment of Truth through data driven decisions.
Your core responsibility is to craft and maintain Portfolio strategy, maintaining balance between top line acceleration and gross margin objectives.
You own the Online Virtual shelf, combining traditional Brand & Trade Marketing roles into one, ensuring Consumers are getting a common, WOW experience across all online platforms and touch points.

You own the Messaging & BDI theme in E-commerce campaigns and events, ensuring it offers meaning & relevance to consumer needs.

**Description**:
**Summary Of Responsibilities**
- Be an active member of the E-commerce team; demonstrating ‘growth hacking’ and ‘resourceful’ mindset
- Work cross functionally, engaging internally and externally
- Build a deep understanding of the E-commerce portfolio and identify opportunities for Portfolio optimization, particularly Gross Margin optimization; guide Business Development team on portfolio strategy
- Ensure Catalogue discipline through execution excellence on PDP and SIS
- Win on Ultimate Moment of Truth via close understanding of Review and Ratings; drive REAL framework (Respond to negative comments & chat questions, Encourage positive comments, Amplify using third party services, Leverage by cross pollinating insights)
- Maintain a Portfolio Master plan of Always On campaigns and key BDIs that feed into Platform Master plan (usually more granular level and maintained by BDMs)
- Keep campaign creatives fresh balancing Brand Equity & E-commerce Call-to-Action objectives, where required work with Brand team for synergizing Key Visuals- Take an analytical and evidence-led approach to Consumer Experience management; focus across all Moment of Truth and portfolio Objectives
- Have deep understanding of SKU prioritization based on Traffic & Conversion rate trends
- Maintain and constant optimize Product Detail Page - stand out Primary image, equity driven theme for Secondary images, Product Comparison table and link to other SKUs, engaging Description on Detail page capturing relevant usage and product benefits

Internal relations
- Regulatory & Compliance to ensure all content meets compliance requirements
- Consumer Marketing Insights team
- Brand team for necessary guidelines- Collaborate with E-commerce Platforms to create thematic and engaging Campaign landing pages with success parameters clearly defined
- Collaborate with Publishers to use Content driven marketing techniques for bottom funnel audience targeting
- Operationalize scorecards that ensure visibility and transparency to various performance KPIs; implement tracking and reporting system for CX related KPIs
- Regularly check for better executions in same or parallel categories for inspiration and reference
