**The Role**:
The Regional Marketing Manager will be highly influential in ensuring marketing excellence is achieved, as they have the key responsibilities of driving the strategy, planning, and execution of B2B and Personal Collaboration as well as be a key leader within the Emerging Markets Region.

In this role you will:
- Translate global B2B marketing strategies into regional plans and tactics, driving local execution across the diverse group of countries within the Emerging Markets.
- Partner with in-country category & marketing managers within the region to plan and execute B2B marketing strategies & tactics that meet the objectives of the Emerging Markets region.
- Align B2B marcom strategies, campaigns, and KPIs with key Emerging Markets stakeholders and to monitor the effectiveness and results of the executions.
- Be the primary driver to identify best practices across countries and to be the evangelist to share and execute these best practices amongst Emerging Markets countries.
- Review country B2B marketing communications plans & executions, providing guidance to countries that will ensure B2B regional marketing objectives and brand guidelines are being met.
- Define and develop specific Emerging Markets B2B marketing communications that meet the needs of the region.
- Be accountable for the performance of the Logitech Personal Collaboration categories achieving regional revenue, profitability targets and strategic objectives for the Emerging Markets.
- Act as business partner to the Region for commercial aspects of the Personal Collaboration categories including commercial planning, market performance analysis (GFK), strategy development & presentation, identification of new opportunities, business performance and channel management/ extension.
- Analyse commercial insights and performance data to provide direction and guidance to Emerging Markets countries to support in achieving category objectives.
- Lead NPI planning and product launches for Personal Collaboration categories across Emerging Markets countries.
**Your Skills**
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
- Min. 8-10 years’ experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in the B2B space.
- Min. 3 years working with remote teams in a regional role capacity.
- Solid experience in category management with a strong commercial acumen.
- Highly analytical, structured, driven and solution-oriented person.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to act in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a good understanding of Emerging Markets and their unique needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with strength in communicating across different cultures.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and drive intricate and detailed projects.
