Job Description:
We do floor coatings for commercial, industrial, basements, garages and more. In this role, you oversee a team for floor coating and your duties include working with the site foreman or clients to ensure the project is executed properly, materiasl is mixed and applied correctly, and masking areas are adequately protected.

You will be required to work on and supervise assigned projects with a focus on safety, quality, and production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Honing and polishing of concrete using floor grinders/polishers.
- Grinding, honing, and polishing concrete using hand grinders
- Application of two-part polyurea joint/crack fill
- Use of two-part polyurea pump
- Shot blasting, sand blasting
- Line Striping epoxy
- Manage team in both commercial and industrial environments.
- Job duties include supervising crew member, plastering, painting, caulking and keeping a safe clean environment.
- Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of coating expenditures and procedures for equipment maintenance.
- Estimates material and labor.
- Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.
- Maintains time, payroll, and material records and submits reports as required.
- Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.
- Resolves contract disputes and arranges any necessary order changes

**Requirements**:

- 4 years of progressively responsible floor coating experience, which includes one year of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of hand tools & power tools, equipment, and materials common to the coating trade.
- Knowledge of floor grinding equipment, shot blasters, and sand blasting
- Knowledge of Commercial and Industrial coating products
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, as workdays may fluctuate seasonally. Available to work different shifts and weekends
- Be in good physical condition, capable of handling physical labor effectively.
- Adhere to a strict safety culture, following safety regulations and best practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and good organization skills in the work environment.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

- High physical activity including but not limited to reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, sitting, kneeling, crawling, pushing and pulling.
- Work closely with our skilled technicians, providing valuable assistance in all duties as needed, including the installation of underlayments and other flooring components.
- Safely and efficiently move garage items such as fridges, washers, dryers, and equipment as required during the installation process.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- floor coating: 3 years (preferred)
