Provide technical advice and support to clients on the selection and
- Conduct site visits to assess coating needs, surface preparation, and
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of coatings applied on various projects.
- Perform regular inspections/field tests and audits to ensure compliance
with specifications and project requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and
other stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any technical issues and customer complaints
- Conduct training sessions for painters/site supervisors /Quality inspectors
on coatings-related topics
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and technical visits
activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during
client meetings and presentations.
- Assist in the development of technical proposals and products
specifications.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree /Diploma from a reputed university.
Certification from a recognized coatings institute or organization (e.g., NACE Coating Inspector (Level 2 ), SSPC -PC I -2 (AMPP )/B gas grade 2 ,Frosio Level 2
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in paints and coatings preferably with fabricators /Shipbuilders contractors
- Mandatory proficiency in English (Arabic is preferred, any others will be an added advantage).
- Quickly understands and analyses complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgments.
- Familiar with relevant industrial standards related to Marine and Protective Coatings
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
