**Job Title: Senior Systems and Network Administrator**

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Senior Systems and Network Administrator with extensive help desk experience to join us in delivering top-tier support and driving excellence in our systems and network infrastructure.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain our systems and network infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, network devices, and virtualization platforms.
- Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with security policies and best practices.
- Lead projects related to systems and network upgrades, migrations, and expansions, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Mentor and train junior members of the IT team, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide technical expertise as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems and network administration roles, with a strong emphasis on help desk support.
- Proficiency in systems administration, including Windows and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Experience with firewall configuration and management (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are highly desirable.
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred (Build and Configure Network, Firewall, Switches, Setup )
- Knowledge of Next-Generation Firewalls, Router and Switches, IPS/IDS, networking protocols, wireless security solutions.
- Administration of SAN environment, VMware virtualization platform, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration, data leakage prevention, Intune, Exchange, MS Azure etc.
- Operational experience working with high volume Linux servers preferred RHEL.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects and able to manage multiple clients at a time.
- Able to architect, build, and implement new solutions for our new clients.
- Able to commute to client locations if and when required.
