**Job Description: Sales Manager
- Business Banking**
- Overseeing local sales opportunities for future business growth and profitability.
- Planning and directing new sales strategies and techniques to boost business prospects.
- Directing and coordinating sales activities
- Preparing sales budgets and projections
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on quantitative measures
- Informing prospect clients regarding business banking services with accurate product/service
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external parties.
- Making data informed decisions to drive performance and allocate effectively
- Developing and maintaining positive links and relationships with key clients.
- Setting sales targets, goals and quotas.
- Managing, guiding and assisting the sale team.
- Keeping track of sales team progression.
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales teams.
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Defining and executing sales plans for progressive future growth.

- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
