We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Academic Support **to manage and maintain academic content, provide technical and educational support to faculty and students, and enhance the overall learning experience. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the smooth delivery of academic materials, offer timely support, and maintain up-to-date and engaging content on our Learning Management System (LMS).

**Location : Dubai South - Jebel Ali, Dubai**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. LMS Content Management**:

- Oversee the uploading of academic content, including lecture notes, assignments, quizzes, and other educational materials, onto the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure all content is uploaded at least one week before the start of each course/module.
- Regularly update and maintain content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and ease of access for students and faculty.
- Maintain records of content updates and ensure all progress is documented.

**2. Video Content Creation**:

- Plan, record, and edit academic videos to complement course materials on the LMS.
- Ensure all videos are engaging, informative, and align with the institution’s pedagogical standards.
- Regularly review and update video content based on feedback from faculty and students.

**3. Technical Support**:

- Provide timely and efficient technical support to both students and faculty members in their use of the LMS.
- Assist users in navigating the platform, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they can effectively access and use educational resources.
- Document support requests and resolutions to identify trends and continuously improve the user experience.

**4. Training and Workshops**:

- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to familiarize students and faculty with the LMS, new features, or content updates.
- Organize monthly workshops or webinars to enhance the usage of the LMS and other educational tools.
- Maintain records of all training sessions and user participation.

**5. Academic Material Preparation**:

- Collaborate with faculty to develop and maintain high-quality teaching materials, such as syllabi, lecture notes, assignments, and assessments.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with academic standards and are prepared well in advance of the course start dates.

**6. Monitoring Student Performance**:

- Assist faculty in monitoring student performance through LMS-based assessments, quizzes, and assignments.
- Help identify students who may require additional support or resources to succeed academically.
- Provide recommendations to faculty on ways to enhance student engagement and performance.

**7. Collaboration with Departments**:

- Work closely with academic departments, admissions, and IT to ensure seamless integration of academic content across platforms and departments.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align academic content and support services with institutional goals.

**8. Feedback and Continuous Improvement**:

- Collect feedback from students and faculty on the usability and effectiveness of LMS content and teaching materials.
- Implement improvements based on feedback to enhance the user experience and educational quality.
- Ensure at least five meaningful updates or improvements are made to the LMS or academic materials each month.

**9. Student Communication**:

- Maintain timely and clear communication with students regarding academic updates, course materials, and other relevant information.
- Respond to student inquiries promptly, ensuring they have a seamless experience with academic resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with LMS platforms and academic content management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, students, and cross-functional teams.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
