**Reporting to** the Associate VP, Processing
**And responsible for**:
- Leading and managing on onboarding team
- Overseeing new Client onboarding and implement process enhancements to improve client onboarding experience
- Working with the Global Compliance team on Compliance topics such as implementing controls and risk management processes, set policies and standards.
- Managing the Groups ongoing screening process to ensure screening is completed timely and in accordance with Company policy
- You will required to prepare and present reports to the management
- You will be responsible for providing solutions in order to improve efficiency and be part of the implementation
- It is important that you are driving the company’s vision and understand the bigger picture. Your role will also be to share this with your teams, so they too understand the organization strategy and their own impact to the company’s success.
- You will support with shaping, influencing and prioritizing the deliverables required for the team, to ensure KPI’s are met
- As a manager of a team, you will also be responsible to ensure that the team are operating effectively and efficiently, and that they are successfully achieving their KPI’s.
- You will develop the team’s skills through the sharing of your knowledge and encouraging their growth through exposure to new learnings/opportunities
- As the change champion for your team, you will ensure that team are aware of any changes, and these are understood and embedded across the team
- You will be responsible for the full employee life cycle and ensure that any performance management are addressed
- It is important that operations are running without disruption meaning you will be responsible for shift planning with contingency plan in place.

**Role Requirements**:
- University Degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance/IT/Projects management or in a related field will be considered as an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a client onboarding (KYC) role with demonstrable career development in a managerial/leadership position within the financial sector
- It’s essential to have experience in implementing and managing the full process of Optical character recognition (OCR)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency, both written and verbal
- Computer literate -very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress
- Previous experience in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantage
- Must be detail and result oriented, analytical, and organized as well as a self-starter with the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, to work in a fast-moving environment and to meet aggressive goals with multiple competing priorities.
- A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.
- Utilize expertise on market knowledge and data analysis to contribute to our overall product and company success
- Have experience of managing a team and being involved in all parts of the employee life cycle.
- Developed teams to create an environment of continuous learning and enhance engagement
