**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Luxury Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our exclusive range of luxury products to affluent clientele, including high-end restaurants, hotels, interior designers, and luxury retailers. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your sales expertise in the luxury market and drive substantial earnings through commission-based compensation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, identify, and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the hospitality, design, and luxury retail sectors.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the quality and features of our luxury products.
- Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue growth and maximize commission earnings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in luxury sales, preferably within the hospitality, design, or luxury retail industries or having influent contacts with Palaces
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with affluent clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and close high-value deals.
- Passion for luxury products and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

**Compensation**: This is a commission-based role, offering competitive commission rates on all sales generated. The earning potential is uncapped, allowing top performers to achieve significant financial rewards based on their sales achievements.
