**Position**: Luxury Sales Associate

**Location**: Dubai Mall (Fashion Avenue)

**Reports to**: Store Manager

**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Welcome and engage high-end clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences and needs.
- Provide personalized and attentive service to create a memorable shopping experience.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Possess expert knowledge of luxury brands, product features, and materials.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and collections within the luxury market.
- Articulate the unique value propositions of luxury products.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and consultative selling.
- Upsell and cross-sell luxury items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Consistently deliver a level of service that exceeds client expectations.
- **Merchandising and Visual Presentation**:

- Ensure that luxury products are presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create captivating displays.
- Maintain the overall luxury aesthetic of the retail space.
- **Clienteling**:

- Implement clienteling strategies to cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Keep detailed records of client preferences and purchase history.
- Proactively reach out to clients with personalized product recommendations and exclusive offerings.
- **Market and Competition Analysis**:

- Stay informed about competitors and market trends in the luxury retail sector.
- Provide feedback on market demands and customer preferences to enhance the luxury shopping experience.
- **Event Participation**:

- Represent the brand at exclusive events and promotions.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store luxury events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a comparable customer service role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management tools.
