A leading shipping company in the UAE, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Emirati administrative assistant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the.
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and processes.
**Requirements**:
- Emirati.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
