Position Title: Seeking a highly organized and efficient female **Secretary** to join our team (Open for any nationality).
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Transportation provided
- Job Location: Fujairah, UAE
- Qualifications: At least 3 years of UAE experience, from construction industry
- Can join immediately
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Excellent computer literacy
- A strong ability to be organised, keep a clear head and keep track of everything from deadlines to essential files.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail on assigned tasks, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and having sense to finish the work according to urgency and priority wise
- Creating memos, reports and agendas as needed.
- Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking (i.e. able to compose letters, inquiries, etc in good and professional way)
- Coordinate meetings and maintain schedules.
- Organize internal and external events as necessary and manage incoming calls.
- Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our company.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION**
- Diploma in Business Administration or High school diploma
**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
