**Job Description**:
This position will provide administrative support to the Sr. VP/Chief Financial Officer to include, but not limited to, scheduling appointment, responding to telephone inquiries and other administrative duties as assigned.

**Essential Functions**:

- Proficiently schedule and organize activities such as meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, conferences, etc.
- Coordinate and manage VP’s calendar and schedule.
- Professionally greet visitors and introduce to officials.
- Develops visual presentations such as graphs, charts, and word documents as required.
- Accurately prepare, create and assemble bound documents, workbooks, proposals, marketing materials, etc.
- Accurately and timely process expense reports.
- Produce monthly reports and financial forecasting.
- Maintains up-to-date files, including correspondence and other records.
- Assist and support VP on appropriate personal matters.
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information including incoming and outgoing mail.
- Type and design correspondence, memos, business plans, etc. Proofread and responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy. Maintain discretion on confidential details.
- Works independently and within teams on special projects.
- Handles confidential and non-routine information with discretion.
- Follow all Company policy and procedures.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Ensure that personal behaviors and work practices are in line with Company safety standards.
- Responsible for safety of self and others in the vicinity to include, but not limited to, employees, vendors and guests.
- Provide visible leadership engagement, be aware of housekeeping and take additional safety precautions to ensure no one is put at risk.\
- Do not take short cuts or unnecessary risks and actively work with others to ensure they take due care and do not put themselves or others at risk.
- Ensure all incidents are reported and appropriately investigated in accordance with Company procedure.
- As needed, seek advice from HSE representative.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - A High School diploma is required for this position.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Should have at least 5 years of administrative experience supporting an Executive or officer of a Company.
- Must be capable of working in a team environment.
- Must be a detail oriented, self-starter and able to work with little supervision while maintaining goals/tasks.
- Must have excellent PC skills to include all MS Office products; certification in MS Office products is preferred.
- Must be able to type at least 60 WPM and be proficient in short hand.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff, management, customers and vendors.
- Must be able to present self in a professional manner through interaction and communication.
- Must possess sound reasoning skills and have the ability to follow directions.
