**Job: Accountant and Document Control Executive**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting and Document Control executive
Suitable person should be handling below tasks:
- Manage the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including receipt entries, invoices, and expenses
- Performs general accounting functions, accounting records, and other related duties in the daily administration of the accounting department
- Maintains general ledger to include preparation of journal entries, coding of invoices, accounts analysis and reconciliation, closing books monthly
- Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents in Accounts department
- Filing and archiving relevant documentation.
- Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage.
- Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents related to tax invoices.
- Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records related to tax invoices.
- Maintaining the privacy and security of confidential documents.
- Performs other duties of the same or lesser degree as required by the position or as assigned by supervisor/manager
**Education & Experience**
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, library management, or record management.
- 2 years’ experience in accounts and document management, or records management.
- Knowledge of document management in excel and physical files including indexing.
- An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs.
- Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
- Good communication skills
- GCC experience is plus point
**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
