Administrative Assistant-estimation

Assist senior administrators to Provide efficient and effective support and administration services to the Department.
- Support and assist DHRE estimation and contract team in all communications with vendors, including required follow-ups and consequent liaising with other concerned DHRE departments.
- Assist the team to efficiently log all incoming and outgoing documents such as correspondence, design information, contract document, etc. and circulate for obtaining further approvals as per DOA.
- Secure and always maintain confidentiality of important documents.
- Assist estimation team in maintaining DHRE’s cost data for ‘Benchmarking and cost analysis’ and related databases up-to-date as per department guidelines.
- Support the Department/ Division in ensuring full compliance with the company established operational and administrative policies, Processes, and procedures.
- Undertake any other related tasks allocated by the department head.
**Qualification**:
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office - Word and Excel, Previously experience in Aconex.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
