**Maintenance Works**
- Develop quotations for garden maintenance and swimming pool cleaning services, considering the scope of work and frequency of service required.
- Follow up on maintenance quotations to secure contracts and ensure timely commencement of work.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing maintenance projects, coordinating with field teams to address any issues or delays.
- Review maintenance log sheets to track service history and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain awareness of contract expiration dates and proactively engage clients to renew maintenance agreements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in estimating within the landscaping or swimming pool construction industry.
- Proficiency in using design software such as SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Strong negotiation skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimation and administrative tasks.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and vendors effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
