- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations in GCC countries.
- Monitor and track cargo movements in compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other parties to ensure efficient customs clearance.
- Resolve customs-related disputes.
- Provide advice and support to customers regarding customs procedures.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of customs processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Customs.
- Proven experience as a Customs PRO in GCC countries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the relevant GCC country.

**Salary**: From AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
