Sales Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Work within current business strategies as well as detecting and capitalizing on potential opportunities.
2. Implements all sales actions plan related to the market areas as outlined in the sales plan.
3.Builds and strengthens relationship with existing and new customers to enable future booking through proactive activities including Sales call, entertainments, attending events in the hotel and trade shows etc.
4. Provide feedback to the General Manager on changing market conditions, including trends in the competitions as results of direct sales actions and analysis in his/her market areas.
5. Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communications, develop and provide the highest quality service to the customer at all times.
6. Submit weekly sales reports, business-generates reports, and weekly call planner to General Manager.
7. Achieve personal and team goals as assigned.
8. Support hotel promotions and events and ensures information is fed into the market.
9. Ensure that all corporate sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
10. Work closely with other HODs hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales team and prospective clients. Disseminate sales-related information to other departments as appropriate.
11.Mainly focus on leisure market but will be required to assist on corporate segment as well.
**12. Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential corporate clients to establish new business relationships and partnership.
**13. Client Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing corporate clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
**14.Sales Strategy**: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
**15. Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make informed business decisions.
**16. Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate corporate agreements and contracts while ensuring they are mutually beneficial for the hotel and clients.
**17. Event Coordination**: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure the seamless execution of corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
**18. Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback for management review.
**19. Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum two years of experience in Sales role or comparable in a reputed organization with proven records of achieving the targets.
3. Proven track experience & achievements in corporate sales, ideally in the hospitality industry.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with corporate clients.
6. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
7. In depth knowledge of local Market
8. Able to analyze and evaluate data against key performance indicators
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
10. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.
**Salary**: AED6,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
