**THE POSITION**

Regional Vaccine Technology Service Manager will be responsible for strategic development and execution of VTS & NGS diagnostic tool across IMETA. Translate, communicate and deliver on global VTS objectives relevant to the IMETA region customer needs & coordinate the implementation and use of NGS in main key accounts. Will also be responsible for managing and liaising with country VTS Managers / VTS Specialists, Strategic Allies such as ANICON for NGS and avian technical/marketing teams as a critical support function in delivering the IMETA Avian Budget.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Provision of professional VTS support and of the NGS diagnostic tool to all key IMETA Avian markets.
- Manage IMETA VTS budget to deliver optimum support / equipment utilisation across the region.
- Responsible to manage, utilize and develop the IMETA VTS Competence Centre.
- Develop and provide innovative solutions to ensure effective and efficient vaccine delivery of BI avian vaccines across all forms of avian production.
- Knowledge transfer and training of BI VTS colleagues across IMETA.
- Monitor and be aware of competitor VTS activities and challenges across IMETA and anticipate new challenges/opportunities based on global and regional trends.
- Work closely with Country Head and IMETA Avian Business Segment Head to facilitate the effective implementation of in-ovo technology through external partners into key accounts across IMETA.
- Liaise across multiple animal health functions including; finance; technical/marketing; VTS; multiple levels of management; supply and forecasting as a few examples.
- Implementation and coordination of the NGS diagnostic tool through our main key accounts in IMETA.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Veterinary
- Minimum of 4 years working in the avian industry.
- Ability to work in VUCA environment.
- Excellent understanding of vaccination technologies and implementation of them in the field.
- Broad knowledge of avian production and challenges across the IMETA region
- Fluent written and spoken English. Other languages are desirable.
- Ability and willingness to travel (can be 60%+).
- Understanding of the NGS diagnostic tool and its use as lever in SAM
