ISP Regional Admissions Support Assistant Role Profile

Purpose of Role

The Regional Admissions Support Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting our Middle East Admissions Teams. This role is essential in guaranteeing a smooth and effective experience for potential families. Adaptability is key, as it entails traveling to various schools across the Middle East to offer on-site support. Responsibilities include close collaboration with each school's admissions team to guarantee a unified and welcoming experience for prospective students and their families.

We are actively seeking an individual with outstanding communication and organizational skills, a warm and approachable demeanor, keen attention to detail, and a readiness to travel as needed.

Reporting to: Regional Head of Admissions ME

ISP Admissions Support Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with and Support the schools for new incoming enrolment inquiries during the absence of an admissions officer in the school
- Support Middle East school teams by promptly responding to all new inquiries within one working day, addressing queries, and converting inquiries into admissions meetings.
- Regularly review & and follow up after meetings for all appointments, including until an offer is made, and collaborate with the registrar and finance for a seamless handover of offers.
- Conduct school tours for parents and offer assistance during meetings as required.
- Manage and update the appointment calendar, follow up on any missed appointments, and ensure the welcome area for parents is prepared before meetings.
- Perform weekly reconciliation to ensure consistent record accuracy.
- Record all enquiries into HubSpot and iSams.
- Help and assist in organizing open events while displaying excellent customer service.
- Engage in regular meetings with the admission/marketing team, sharing information with school leaders and ISPs regularly.
- Contribute to weekly KPI reports, enrollment reports, and pipeline reports with the registrar and head of admissions.

Measures of performance

Targets will be set, based on:

- Number of enrolments
- Conversion rate of inquiries to enrolments

In addition, all staff are required to carry out any tasks required by the school or the regional office to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar field will be considered an asset.
- Excellent Communication and people skills are essential, as well as the capability to interact with students.
- The ability to maintain accurate records and be highly organized is essential.
- High levels of computer literacy and excellent administration skills are also required.
- Knowledge of HubSpot and iSams would be preferable.
