**Operational Oversight**: Supervise and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments involved in the e-commerce process, including logistics, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for operational enhancement and implement strategies to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams to achieve departmental goals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- **Performance Analysis**: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and generate reports to assess operational performance, identify trends, and propose actionable insights for improvement.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure adherence to quality standards, review operational procedures regularly, and implement corrective actions to uphold product and service.
