HR Assistant/receptionist

Hr assistant willing to work in a dual role. ( as a receptionist as well)
- The job rotates to being at reception (and then in main HR office) half of the working week each.
Receptionist duties:
- Full responsibility as first point of contact to ensure a warm,friendly and clean atmosphere and that all visitors or callers are treated professionally.
- Maintain telephone directory and update new employees contact details.
Hr duties:
- Medical insurance administration
- Support leave management and handling.
- Deliver administrative support to he dept. (Letters/admin/contract/filling/stationery etc)
- Provide support in recruitment and selection where time allows.
- Work in partnership with all hr areas on daily,monthly or yearly administration tasks.
Skills and education:
- Minimum undergraduate in HR from accredited institution/graduate of psychology or behavioural science related degree.
- Proficient with Ms office packages (especially Ms excel.)
- Minimum 2 years experience in hr including exposure in handling reception duties or call centre.
- Age range ideally from 25 to 35
- Good communication skills required.
- Uae drivers license is advantageous but not mandatory.
