Job Description:
The Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying and selling commercial interiors and design solutions to existing and new clients as well as working as a key account manager to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving monthly house calls, sales goals, delivery goals, creating and maintaining a client base.
- Provides sales and design services to clientele, including house calls, presenting floor plans and full presentation boards for design projects.
- Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to home furnishings, office interiors and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction features.
- Stays current on interior design trends in their local market and on a national level.
- Negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.
- Retain relations with old clients and create new opportunities with consultants, architects, designers, and lighting specifiers.
- Get involved in the complete project life cycle, from specification to sales closures and from design to execution.
- Conduct presentations, site visits, and sample viewing for clients.
- Complete follow-up of the managed projects until closure of the managed projects on all levels; ensure that payments are made on time, technical and client's satisfaction.
- Ability to reach out to consultants, large interior fit out companies, direct clients from retail, food and beverages, commercial offices, hospitality, residential and government clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Project Management Competencies.
- Strategic planning, risk management, and scope definition.
- Budgeting expertise including forecasting and allocation.
- Strong communication skills catering to diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership qualities for guiding multi-disciplinary teams.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving.
- 3 years of GCC Experience
- UAE Driving License

Salary - 8000 AED to 10,000 AED
