Recruitment Teamleader

We are an Executive Search Recruitment firm specialized in Mid to C- level roles based in Jumeirah Lakes towers, Dubai.

We are on the lookout for a passionate leader with hands on experience working as a 360 Degree Recruiter with any Executive Search firm to come on board as a Recruitment Supervisor to manage and expand the Recruitment Division.

The role will require someone who has worked in a fast paced and pressured environment, having attention to detail and exceptional organizational ,customer service and time management skills

As a Recruitment Supervisor you will be responsible for collaborating with senior management and mentoring a team. This is a broad, hands-on role, requiring a passion for recruitment, sales,social media and most importantly outstanding networking and organizational skills. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working daily with your team, providing them guidance and support so that they have the tools necessary to fulfill their goals.
- Oversee all projects, ensuring there is continuity with recruitment and a strategy to deliver on time and with top talent.
- Developing your own clients and working closely with Senior Level decision makers across the business
- Identify and engage recruiters who will work most effectively for the company and negotiate beneficial engagement terms without compromising quality.
- Ensure your KPI’s as well the team’s KPI’s are met.
- Have the ability to source Technically hard skill for those demanding role through a variety of methods: Head hunting, social media, referral centric sourcing strategies, professional networking, search & selection, behavioral interviewing.
- Apart from ensuring their own personal set targets are achieved, He/She must ensure that the team also attains their individual targets
- In addition to this continuously provide new solutions and ideas for sourcing new methods to attract talent; Seeking and attending relevant conferences, building up talent pools.
- Prepare monthly business reports as assigned by the management.

Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to understand the various industry in the Middle East, identify competitors, pay rates and to keep abreast of recruitment trends.
- Confidence - In your ability and knowledge as a recruiter.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, influencing, negotiating and collaborating with all decision makers within the business.
- Maturity -Technical knowledge, confidence, and maturity must be displayed.
- Inquisitiveness - Being able to ask seeking questions to all levels of the business both internally and externally to Client

Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of hardcore 360 Degree Recruiter experience
- Minimum of 2 years mentoring/managing other recruiters/sourcers.
- Passionate and dedicated recruiter who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
