**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research within the UAE to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in RFID technology.
- Analyze customer needs and market demands in the UAE to develop targeted business development strategies.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in potential client organizations in the UAE.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the UAE to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients in the UAE to understand their RFID technology requirements and provide customized solutions.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies in the UAE to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in RFID technology.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and business presentations to clients in the UAE.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements within the UAE, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align business strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team operating in the UAE, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- **Industry Networking**:

- Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows in the UAE to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts in the UAE to stay informed about RFID technology trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development within the RFID technology sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the UAE.
- Ability to travel within the UAE as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, with a focus on RFID technology.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the UAE market and business practices are highly desirable.
