**What you'll be doing**
- Key Responsibilities_
- Communicating with stakeholders to gather feedback on existing programs, encouraging participation in new initiatives, and monitoring program performance and outcomes
- Review & suggest green building material to be utilized in Projects
- Developing plans to reduce carbon footprint of the projects in pipeline
- Obtain and analyze the scorecard of every project
- Facilitate Team wellbeing and bonding
- Analyze partner association to be fair, transparent and contribute to growth model
- Align company’s sustainability goals with the group.
- Facilitate with development of guiding principles and Annual sustainability report
- Review health & safety measures for the employees and measures for improvement
- Facilitate all measures of sustainability & Team wellbeing in other countries

**What you’ll need to succeed**

Bachelor degree in Administration or Sustainability
