In the midst of climate emergency, The AECOM ESG Team are seeking a Associate - Sustainability Consultant, to join our team in Dubai.

**Job Duties**
- Organizes own work to achieve set deadlines
- Independently checks the accuracy of own work prior to review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member
- Supports development of designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, working drawings, develops details, specifications
- Adopts good engineering/design solutions to assigned tasks and develops appropriate research and documentation to support these solutions
- Supports the preparation and compilation of design presentations and design reports
- Develops an awareness of AECOM’s QMS procedures
- Coordinates with internal design disciplines to achieve a high quality, consistent set of presentation or design documents.
- Supports on research for emerging tech/trends on sustainability and wellness in the built environment

**Qualifications** Minimum Qualification**
- BEng or BSc in Building Science, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering field of study
- LEED AP, Estidama PQP, WELL AP,
- Carbon Assessment
- One Click LCA
- Good Knowledge and understanding of Design & Construction Stage Sustainability Deliverables

**Good to Have Knowledge and Understanding**
- Carbon Assessment
- GRI and GRESB Reporting

**Specific Skills Required**
- Minimum 10+ years post graduate experience in Sustainability
- Evidence of general understanding of architectural and engineering building system planning, space and urban planning requirements
- Base Sustainability concepts
- Delivering LEED and Estidama project (Design and Construction)
- Drawing production (Design Brief compliance, completeness & accuracy)
- Ability to fulfill all the above duties and responsibilities and manage own time
- Good Analytical Skills, Creative, Research Mindset
- LEED, Estidama Design and Construction Stage Assessments
- Ashrae 90.1 Energy Audits
