Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graduate Bid Associate - UAE National to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

**Responsibilities**:
We envisage success in this role to include:

- Reading and interpreting RFPs to determine client requirements.
- Working with Proposal Manager to help prepare compliance matrix, assigns responsibilities, suggest key proposal themes, and establish and maintain the proposal schedule.
- Coordinating proposal kick-off and status/review meetings, records and disseminates minutes and action items / responsibilities.
- Compiling with and enforces the proposal development process throughout each stage of proposal.
- Leading in the creation of proposal documents format and tailors standard draft text, project datasheets and CVs, to satisfy client evaluation criteria.
- Gathering and organizing information from many sources to generate proposal content.
- Assisting with editing and proofreading of proposals/presentations.
- Coordinating the internal and external flow of proposal inputs and outputs (RFPs, clarifications, confirmation faxes, queries, letters, etc.)
- Maintaining the electronic file structure and procedures for all proposal materials.
- Coordinating with graphic designers to prepare compelling artwork for proposal covers, dividers, headers/footers, etc.
- Preparing organization charts and other graphics, as needed.
- Facilitating in maintaining an updated library of standard proposal text, datasheets, CVs, graphics, company experience lists, etc.
- Assisting in the organization, archiving, and inventorying of the Proposal Department
- Performing other duties as required.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include experience from graduate level to 1 year work experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
