**Job Description**:
Joining a dynamic, vibrant and customer focused team, you will display a positive ‘can do’ attitude and deliver an exceptional customer service experience to all our guests. The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

- Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with TFC standards.
- Perform all Front Office duties like check-in and check-out of guests.
- Answer the phone according to the hotel etiquette.
- Assist guests with their inquiries, take reservations.
- Handle cashiering duties and foreign currency exchange.
- Be familiar with all the Front Office systems and software required for the position.
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
- Review Front Office logs, Trace File and Credit Limit daily.
- Coordinate with Front Office Team Leaders in performing daily tasks or during the shift.
- Always use proper etiquette when communicating with guests and team players.
- Perform and complete all tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain and market promotions and guest programs.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

- At least 1 year experience at the reception in 4* property with 250+ inventory.
- 1 year experience Front Office computer literacy (e.g., OPERA, Hotel PMS, VICAS, Ms Office etc.).
- Excellent communications skills with proficiency in speaking and writing Business English.
- Required language(s): fluent English, with preferred French, Russian, Chinese, or Italian.
- Team player with excellent planning, organizing skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
