  • Contract Management: Administer and manage all contractual agreements related to the infrastructure construction supervision project, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Change Control: Evaluate and process change orders and variations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the project adheres to contractual obligations, local regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction supervision phase.
  • Contractual Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on contract status, change orders, claims, and other relevant contractual matters to project stakeholders.
  • Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with legal teams and project managers to resolve contract-related disputes, claims, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain comprehensive records of all contractual documentation, correspondence, and communications related to the project.
  • Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project budgets and financial aspects, coordinating with project managers to control project costs effectively.
  • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Client Communication: Interface with clients to address contractual inquiries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction with contract administration processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in infrastructure construction projects.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts, procurement processes, and legal frameworks in the UAE.
  • Must have experience of working on infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
  • Effective communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of international contract standards (e.g., FIDIC) is preferred.
