- **As Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:_
- **Client Interaction**: Handling inquiries, following up with clients, and maintaining client relationships.
- **Order Processing**: Managing sales orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
- **Reporting**: Preparing and maintaining sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Managing day-to-day office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- **Scheduling**: Organizing meetings, appointments, and coordinating with different departments
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinating with suppliers and service providers for office-related requirements.
- Inventory **and Supplies**: Keeping track of office supplies, placing orders, and ensuring the office is well-stocked.
- **REQUIREMENT**_
- _**Minimum 1year experience is needed**_
- _**Educational Qualification: Any Degree**_
- _**Language Known: English & Arabic (read & write must)**_
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
