We are looking for an experienced **Site Supervisor and HSE Officer** currently available to join immediately and on **temporary basis**.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**

**As a Site Supervisor**
- Planning and scheduling activities to ensure the project/ job is as per the schedule.
- Preparing and submitting technical specification, material approval and related documentations for the client approval
- Liaising with internal departments and Operations Manager to ensure smooth completion of project on time.
- Providing engineering & technical advice for supervisors and coordinators throughout the project.
- Continuous coordination with production and stores/ factory on delivery of materials.
- Conduct quality check and assure the quality of delivered products. You shall be held responsible for the quality defects if any.
- Liasing with the clients, attending the project meetings, client/ sub-contractor meetings.
- Responsibility for implementing company policies and procedures affecting the project
- Implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System(IMS) of the company
- Monitor and ensure the works are carrying out as per the safety & quality standards.
- Reporting & discussing all variations and reworks in the project with the client representative & report the same to the Operations Manager and Contracts Manager.
- Liaise with the design team for all drawings, 3Ds & other engineering related activities.
- Schedule in compliance with the project specifications
- Coordinating with in house workshop team for production & delivery of materials as per schedule
- Submit the daily site schedule, project schedule and related reports to the management

**As a HSE Officer**
- Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures
- Develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for the HSE Management System to be compliant with OHSAS 18001/2007 and ISO 14001/ 2004 standards, including corrective and preventive measures.
- Provide HSE improvement proposals stating: the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.
- Investigate the root cause HSE complaints put forward by staff members, customers, clients and contractors and report the result to the QHSE manager.
- Follows up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented where necessary and ensures that any certification requirements are complied with.
- Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations.
- Assist local management in the preparation and presentation of field HSE meetings.
- Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action recommendations.
- Ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintains records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements.
- Responsible for preparing written weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance.
- Supervises the regular inspection of fire fighting, safety and emergency response equipment.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
