1. Diploma in safety or Equivalent experience or any bachelor’s degree

2. Minimum 3 Years relevant experience

3. Nebosh General Certificate, IOSH Managing/Workplace Safety, First aid, firefighting or any equivalent, Power Tools Inspections, Handling PTW, Risk Assessment, Environment Aspect, Impact Assessment, HSE inspections, HSE training, Toolbox talks and Safety Meeting.

4. Fluent in English and Hindi / Urdu.

5. Good Experience in Report Making, HSE Inspection and document processing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct Tool Box Talks & support supervisor to conduct Tool Box Talks
- Implement & follow up on the Work permits in different sites according to the requirements & support supervisor to arrange permit
- Attend Client safety meeting & propose appropriate corrective actions to close out safety remarks.
- Carryout HSE inspections as per the weekly plan and report to the QHSE Advisors.
- Conduct HSE training and induction for the workers at site.
- Follow up & keep records of Calibrated machines & other measuring equipment’s.
- Ensure all staff complies with the PPE standards as required in the site and other locations.
- Conduct inspection on the fire Extinguishers located at different site and update the inspection records. Report to QHSE Advisors/Engineers on the fire Extinguisher required servicing or replacement.
- Report to QHSE Manager/Engineer on the internal process activity or external sub-contract being performed on behalf of the company, where specified quality or HSE requirements have or are not being met.
- Supervise the commissioning activities and ensure the safety requirements were implemented accordingly.
- Prepare and carry out the risk assessment for the projects and other departments, submit for the review of QHSE Engineer/Manager.
- Liaison with safety managers/representatives of main contractors and meet the site safety requirements.
- Supervise the Welding inspections i.e., radiographic testing carried by the Third-Party Inspection Company.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
